Poker IDNPlay is a family of card games that are played throughout the world. It is often referred to as the national card game of the United States. The main feature of poker is bluffing. Players attempt to bluff other players by betting that their hand is better than it actually is. They do this by using cards that are not the best in order to win a pot of money. This may be done through a forced bet or a blind bet.

Cards are dealt one at a time. Depending on the type of poker being played, they may be dealt face-down or face-up. In some versions of the game, the deck is shuffled and a new card is dealt to each player. Traditionally, five-card hands were dealt face-up, while four-card hands were dealt face-down.

All poker games involve at least one round of betting.
